Who is TaskTrack.to for?
Small trade and service teams of up to 5 people: builders, kitchen and bathroom fitters, decorators, electricians, plumbers, gardeners and cleaning firms. It suits work that happens on site rather than at a desk.
What does my client see?
On Pro, up to 3 jobs at a time can have their own page, and up to 50 on Pro+. Each page is protected by a passcode you set. Your client sees progress, updates, photos, notes and anything waiting on their decision. They only see the work you mark as visible to them.
Can a subcontractor use it without an account?
Yes, on Pro and Pro+. Give them a private link and passcode. They see only the jobs and tasks you assign to them, and you can set a date for the access to end. Every plan includes up to 5 people in total.
What happens to jobs we do not finish?
Anything left at the end of the day moves to tomorrow and is marked as carried over, so it cannot quietly drop off the list.
Can I get every Super Basic app in one plan?
Yes. Super Basic Pro is £100 a year and Super Basic Pro+ is £20 a month. Each gives you that level in every current Super Basic app. Single app plans are still available.
Does it connect to other Super Basic apps?
Yes. TaskTrack.to uses your Super Basic account to sign in, and works alongside the rest of the suite.
